2月22日〜23日、岡崎館長直接指導の極真館技術委員合宿が福島県で行われました。
蓮田支部からは見山師範、高橋俊介、高橋美波、吉田愛琉、岩井みのり指導員が参加させて頂きました。
初日は5キロの鉄下駄鍛錬や鉄柱を用いた指先鍛錬、四方技など伝統的な稽古や道場で指導する時の要点を4時間に渡り丁寧に御指導頂きました。
型の動作を通して力の出し方や相手を崩したり、四方の敵を想定して技を繰り出すなど、とても充実した貴重な内容でした。
2日目は、前日の復習と撃砕小、観空、五十四歩の型と武器術(棒、サイ、トンファー)の稽古を行いました。
最近の型試合での判定基準や注意点、指導する側と選手側の立場からそれぞれ細かく御指導頂きました。

Kyokushinkan Technical Committee Members’ Training Camp
From February 22 to 23, Kyokushinkan technical committee member’s training camp under the direct supervision of Kancho Okazaki was held in Fukushima.
On the first day, they were carefully instructed for 4 hours on the essentials of traditional practice and dojo instruction, such as 5-kilo Tetsu-Geta(Iron Clogs) training, fingertip training using an iron pole, and technics technics to four directions .
The content of the seminar was very rich and valuable, as we learned how to exert force and break down opponents through kata movements, as well as techniques to anticipate enemies on all four sides.
On the second day, we reviewed the previous day’s training and practiced kata of Gekisaisho, Kanku, and Sushi-ho, as well as Buki techniques (Bo, Sai, and Tonfa).
Kancho Okazaki gave detailed instructions on the criteria for judging and points to be noted in recent kata tournaments, from the standpoints of the instructor and the competitors, respectively.
